We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate site execution for reinforced concrete and wet-trade subcontract works. The role focuses on managing structure progress, manpower planning, coordination with main contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely delivery of subcontract packages according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Coordination

Manage daily execution wet-trade works at site

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tender Engineer to lead contract preparations, including quantity take-offs from drawings, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), and coordination of complete tender submissions.
