Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Able to read and write (type) in Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese & basic English.
• Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
• Shift work on weekday & weekends.
• Good communication skills and basic computer / e-commerce platform knowledge.

週末：居家辦公

工作時間：上午9點至下午6點或中午12點至晚上9點（含1小時休息時間）

主要職責

• 透過 TikTok、Shopee、Lazada 和社群媒體處理客戶諮詢。
• 專業及時回覆問詢。
• 協助顧客處理訂單、配送及產品相關問題。
• 與內部團隊協調解決訂單或問題。
• 保持良好的客戶滿意度和優質服務。

技能與資格

• 至少1-2年客戶服務或電子商務經驗者優先考慮。
• 能夠讀寫（打字）馬來語、中文和基本英文。
• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
• 平日和週末均需輪班。
• 良好的溝通能力和基本的電腦/電子商務平台知識。
