Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Oversee employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs (OT, allowances, site incentives)
• Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee independently
• Handle employee enquiries and resolve HR-related issues
• Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
Site Incentive & Technician Management
• Administer and validate site incentive claims for technicians
• Liaise closely with project/site teams for verification
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
• Maintain proper tracking and reporting
Travel & Logistics Coordination
• Manage flight bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff
• Coordinate closely with project teams on travel schedules
• Ensure cost control and proper approval process
• Handle urgent/last-minute travel arrangements when required
Administrative & Operational Support
• Support office administration and documentation control
• Coordinate internal training, meetings, and company activities
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local regulations
• Prepare HR reports (manpower, claims, attendance)
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin
• Familiar with payroll processing, claims, and allowances
• Able to work independently
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
