About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Offline Merchant Acquisition) to join our team in expanding SPayLater's offline merchant network. In this on-field role, you'll play a key part in identifying potential partners, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through strategic merchant acquisition. • Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard new offline merchants for SPayLater.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and partners.
• Strategize and execute business development plans to increase market presence.
• Present and educate merchants on SPayLater products and benefits.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing support to merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide regular reporting on growth and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, fintech, or payment solutions is preferred.
• Must possess own transportation (motorcycle or car).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of payment solutions and merchant services.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Multilingual proficiency (English, Malay, Chinese) is an added advantage but not necessary.

Salary Packages:

• Basic salary: RM2,500
• Mobile Allowance: RM50
• Travelling Allowance: RM500
• Language Allowance (Mandarin): RM200
• KPI Incentives: Up to RM3,000
